CO124: Identify and differentiate between amorphous and crystalline materials based on their structural characteristics. CO125: Compare and contrast acoustical and optical phonons and their contributions to specific heat in solids. CO126: Interpret Curie's law, Weiss's theory of ferromagnetism, and discuss B-H curves, hysteresis, and energy loss in magnetic materials. CO127: Analyze the depolarization field and its effects on dielectric properties. CO128: Describe P and N-type semiconductors and their conductivity, mobility, and the Hall effect and explain superconductivity, including critical temperature, critical magnetic field, and the Meissner effect.
