Classifications and types of nanomaterials as nanoparticles and 1D 2D 3D nanomaterials, Concept of bulk versus nanomaterials and dependence of properties on size, Clusters and their types, Semiconductor Nano-particles, Optical Properties of Semiconductor nanoparticles, Nano-magnetism and Types of magnetic material, Mechanical and Structural Properties of Nano-materials.
