The students will be able to – CO 93: Find numerical solutions of system of linear equations and check the accuracy of the solutions.Obtain numerical solutions of algebraic and transcendental equations. CO 94: Find numerical solutions of system of linear equations and check the accuracy of the solutions. CO 95: Learn about various interpolating and extrapolating methods. CO 96: Solve initial and boundary value problems in differential equations using numerical methods. CO 97: Apply various numerical methods in real life problems. CO 98: A brief idea about crystalline and amorphous substances, about lattice, unit cell, miller indices, reciprocal lattice, concept of Brillouin zones and diffraction of X-rays by crystalline materials. CO 99: Gain knowledge of WIEN2k software and plot DOS, electron structure and band structure.
