CO141: Describe structure and properties of CNT,Porus silicon,Zeolite and Aergels.and explain the working of various devices of Nanoelectronics.

CO142: Develop a deep  understanding of different types of Microscopy and able to differentiate them. 

CO143: Develop a deep  understanding of different types of Spectroscopy and Analyze the data obtained from the various spectrosopy techniques.

CO144: Comprehensive understanding of the applications of nanomaterials in various fields and equip them with the skills to design and implement nanomaterial-based technologies.

Clusters and their types, Semiconductor Nano-particles, Effective Mass of nanoparticles Approximations, Optical Properties of Semiconductor nanoparticles, Surface plasmon, Polariton, Nano-magnetism and Types of magnetic material, Mechanical and Structural Properties of Nano-materials.

(a) Carbon Nanotubes, types of Carbon Nanotubes (CNT’s), Synthesis and Properties and Structure of CNT’s, Synthesis, Properties & Structure of Porus Silicon, Aerogels and Zeolites.
(b) Coulomb Blockade, Single Electron Transistor (SET), Sprintonics- Gaint magneto Resistance, Spin Valve, Magnetic Tunnel Junction (MTJ), Spin Field Effect Transistor (SFET).
